• Shipment can take anywhere between 5-14 business days after the printing process is complete.
• Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

If the photo you uploaded is not usable for any reason, our graphic team will reach out to you via email and ask you to submit a new photo of your little one. Please refer to our photo guidelines for the best result.

We only offer books in English for now. However, in the future, we are hoping to get our books translated into other languages.
